BACHELOR COURSES

To be eligible for admission to the bachelor's programs at the IIHT Paramedical and Nursing College Deoband, applicants must have the following eligibility:

• GEN/OBC CANDIDATES
  • 12th standard with a minimum of 45% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) stream for BMLS/BPT.
  • 12th standard with a minimum of 45% marks in PCB/PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Maths) stream for B.OPTO
• SC/ST CANDIDATES
  • 12th standard with a minimum of 40% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) stream for BMLS/BPT.
  • 12th standard with a minimum of 40% marks in PCB/PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Maths) stream for B.OPTO

They are then required to register and appear for the Combined Paramedical Entrance Test (CPET) conducted by the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Lucknow. The last date for registration in CPET 2024 entrance examination for admission in BPT/BMLS/B.OPTO and other health science courses is 10 JUNE.

The CPET exam is a comprehensive assessment that evaluates the candidate's aptitude, knowledge, and problem-solving abilities in the field of paramedical sciences. Successful candidates are then offered admission to the college's bachelor's programs, subject to the availability of seats and the fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.

The CPET exam will be conducted by the ABVMU University Lucknow and will consist of multiple- choice questions. The duration of the exam will be 200 Minutes(11:00Am-2:20Pm), and the maximum marks will be 200. The exam syllabus covers topics from physics, chemistry, biology, Mathematics, Psychology, English general awareness. Candidates are advised to thoroughly prepare these subjects to ensure a strong performance in the exam.
